    No sense of Customer Service

    Horrible Customer Service! Doesn't respond to customer's inquires. They simply ignore their customers.

    I ordered the Dancing with the Stars Rose Barrette, the order went through successfully. After 13 days, I've not received the order. I sent their customer service two email inquiries but received no response. Couldn't call them as no phone numbers can be found from their website so I cancelled my order after 14 days. Clearly, they do not care about their customers. We will not buy another Soho products.
