We are happy to accommodate exchanges and returns up to 60 days after you receive shipment. If you wish to exchange your item(s), please follow the instructions below.For returns, please include the original invoice and fill out the exchange/exchange form.

We want you to be satisfied with your order. Please be aware: Unauthorized and ineligible exchanges will be shipped back to you. Please include the original invoice and fill out the exchange/exchange form in your exchange package.

Product Eligibility |
Eligible product(s): must be in original and perfect factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original packaging.
If product(s) have been altered, worn, damaged, or tags/packaging tampered with, products will be ineligible and deemed unauthorized.

Charges required to complete exchanges are made on the credit card submitted in the original order.

Balances are issued as store credit only and can be used at any time at SohoStyle.com, they cannot be redeemed at our kiosk locations.
