We are pleased to offer a return/exchange for merchandise purchased online at SOHOSTYLE.COM only.

For a full return and/or exchange, you must return the item back in its original condition and in its original packaging. Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the original sales receipt date. Items must be returned with a copy of the original sales receipt along with a note stating the reason for a return/exchange.

    • SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE 
    • Items purchased with a promo code or coupon will only qualify for exchanges; NO RETURNS ARE ALLOWED.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item/merchandise in question does not meet our standards. No price adjustments or price matching are allowed. All sales are final on markdowns. We do not offer returns for discounted items, sale items, phone orders, and special orders.

Items purchased at other retail locations or promotional events are not eligible for return and/or exchange. 

Special Policy for Hair Extensions 

Please note that the hair extensions are not returnable if opened out of the package because hair extensions are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and thus, we do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our customers. We require a restocking fee for any items that were custom ordered. All returns/exchanges attempted and allowed after the first time purchase waiver will be exempt to our company's restocking fee charge.

EXCHANGE & RETURN FAQ

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN/EXCHANGE?

If you are returning your order, you will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. The shipping label amount will be deducted from your total refund. If you are using your own shipping label, we recommend that you send the package back to us with a traceable carrier and insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. In the event that you choose to forgo secured tracking, Soho will not be held responsible for lost returns.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair accessories are in acceptable condition and/or the hair extension(s) package were not opened. Once your return(s) have been delivered back to our warehouse, this can take up to 2-5 business days to finalize. 

Note: Most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. For more information, we recommend contacting your credit card provider.  

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE?

Your new order will be released for processing as soon as our warehouse has received and inspected your return. All orders will take an additional 2-5 business days to process and ship from our warehouse, regardless of the shipping method.  Note: If you are exchanging for a lower value item, we will issue a partial refund back to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for this credit to appear on your bank statement. If you are exchanging for a higher value item, we will email you a custom invoice to pay for difference in price. As soon as this has been paid, your new order will be released for processing.
