    Unknowable, unreliable customer service

    I like this hair comb and their other hair products, but unfortunately I had bad experiences from people working at soho kiosk and their customer service on their contact list from their website also. I am really disappointed because I bought many of their products and a few people working at soho customer service either say it is not their product which clearly is or when I have them replace the missing stones on my hair clip, it literally took a very long time for them to fix it, like a year. It is not because of the virus pandemic, these incidents happened way before then. It makes me want to send all my products back and demand money back from them and I gave them many chances. And when I reach out to the contact list from soho about my bad experiences, they rarely or take a long time to respond.

    Lovely comb design

    It is beautiful as the photo. I expected it to be a little larger. And it takes a few tries to get used to the dangling second piece. It's lovely for a half up do or a side comb. I have even used it for a full French twist, I just need extra support from Bobby pins. Great buy :]

    I have two of these in green and they are amazing! I use them for styling wigs and extensions and especially for securing my clip-in ponytail before I dance! These stay put and keep my hair in no matter how many flips and turns I do. The design of the teeth also allows the combs to lock together for even better security. And the price! Most excellent. I thought they were an expensive indulgence when I bought them, but honestly they've paid their cost back so many times that I want to get more pairs. I highly recommend these combs!

    i never received them!

    I phone someone about thisa few days ago. Very unprofessional on the phone BTW. She said but I was probably not charged. Very poor customer service. I'm also going going send back the hair piece back for a refund. Its not what I thought I ordered. I'm contacting the Soho rep in Hawaii to find out what model number she fitted me for and go from there. Thanks.
