Contrasting Crystal Flower Barrette

This is a beautiful barrette with 3-D flowers on it done in crystals. I got the one in plum and lavender. Wore it as Mother of the Bride. It held my very thick long hair in place for more than 12 hours AND was comfortable.

I ordered contrasting crystal flower barrette at the beginning of September. A few days later I received a voicemail saying the color was out of stock. I called back and asked if I could order the large daisy barrette instead which was $15 cheaper. The associate said yes and offered that I would get an updated email and a reimbursement for the price difference. I received the large daisy barrette fast and I was impressed except for the packaging slip still had my first peice I ordered on it and I hadn’t received my reimbursement yet. Over the next 4-5 weeks I called customer service 3 times and had to leave a voicemail each time. Never got a call back. Then I walked past a Soho kiosk at the mall, the manager there personally called soho for me and the associate said it will all be taken care of... well here I am 3 weeks after that and I’m still short the $15. I seriously love the barrettes! I bought 13 pieces 6 years ago for my wedding and bridesmaids and they still look awesome. So I am sad that this is happening because it makes me not want to buy anything else from soho even though I love their stuff.

Very attractive. Sturdy. It was bigger than I was expecting.

I really love my contrasting crystal barrette it is absolutely lovely. I've sign it twice and hare received so many compliments. It hold my hair perfectly. I am going to purchase it in a different color now I know how nice it is.
