The Joann is a fast way to get a dramatic, glamorous look. The color matches my hair exactly. I get tons of compliments. No one can believe it’s not my real hair. I have been wearing this style for 15 years. Since the hair is synthetic it only stays sleek for about 25 wearings. Once it starts to look ratty, I wear it in a bun, and it looks amazing.
You sent me the wrong color. You attempted to rectify it, you sent me Christy instead of the Joann. The Christy is nothing like the Joann. I wanted a piece like the Joann with a claw to hook onto my ponytail. The Christy has velcrow and will not stay fastened in my hair. I already have the Miley which is just like the Christy except it is curly. That is how I know that Christy won't stay my hair. My hair is too thick, curl and course and the velcro wont go around my hole ponytail. In addition, my hair gets stuck in the velcro. I sent an email to customer service yesterday explaining exactly this. I have not heard back even though I got a confirmation email saying that someone would get back with me in 24 hours. That is an hour from now and I still have not heard back.

I have 3 other soho extensions and love them all. The jaw clip on this one doesn't feel secure. Would be better if it was on a banana clip or side combs that slid over your own ponytail.
