Not Strawberry blonde at all

Dear Sir or Ma'am, I am sure all of your products are excellent, but the one I received was not at all what I ordered and I tried to make it work, and it just can not even be worn by me. I needed it to cover hair damage from medication I had to take, so it was very important to my self confidence to have something beautiful to help me until my hair could grow again. I ordered Strawberry Blonde, which is my hair color, and it looked like a good color and match in the photo when I ordered it. My family has so many medical bills we could barely afford to buy this but we sacrificed and did purchase it. It was not strawberry blonde at all. It was a very rather ugly shade of brown, that looked horrible on me. I needed it to wear to work right away, so tried to make it work. Since it was not human hair, it would not take color, even darker color, or curl, etc. . . My family all thought it looked horrible on me because the color was so bad and did not match my own. I understand I opened it, so did not think it was anything I could return so we have it in a drawer , and are unable to afford another product of quality. Thank you

Hi I love the extension for giving me some more hair. I am a little disappointed that the wave has come out of the hairpiece it is brand new an already looks old to the fact that I cannot recurl it with a curling iron.
